Marketed by Coruscant ECODOR AF 40 - 55mm thick WOODEN ACOUSTIC DOOR - TESTED FOR STC of 40dB Providing ECODOR make Acoustic Doors rated for 40dB sound insulation (ARAI certified). The doors system duly tested for 1hr Integrity & Insulation Criteria as per the IS: 3614 Part 2 and BS: 476 part 22 specified in IS: 3809-1979 and BS: 476 part 20 & 22 1987 to achieve the required integrity and insulation

Door Frame: Providing of 1st Class hard wood frame of section 120mm x 60mm with minmum density of 650 kg/metre cube. Shutter: Providing of 55mm thick smoke check shutter as per BS 476 part 20 & 22, IS3614 part -II & ISO 834 comprising of matrix engineered boards 9mm and 12mm thick boards, treated hard wood internal timber frame work of 100x30mm with 30mm thick infill of ceramic fiber with reinforced FR silicate coating on both sides and faced with mdf/ plywood and externally lipped with hardwood beading. Sealant is used to seal the gaps between Calcium silicate Board and shutter beading. Proprietory Acoustic Drop down seals and EPDM Gaskets around the frame are used to enhance acoustic properties.

TESTING : Fire Door Tested in accordance to BS: 476 Part - 22, IS: 3809: 1979 heating conditions and as per IS: 3614 Specifications - Marketed by Coruscant 120 min fire rated ECODOR of 55 mm thickness Providing 2 hour Fire rated doors system manufactured under techincal collabration with Promat UK, duly tested for Insulation Criteria as per the IS: 3614 Part 2 and BS: 476 part 22 at Fire Research Laboratory Central Building Research ( CBRI ), Rourkee with standard heating conditions as specified in IS: 3809-1979 and BS: 476 part 20 & 22 1987 to the required integrity and insulation (i.e. to restrict the heat radiation, temperature rise on the non fire side to the maximum 140° C above the ambient temperature on the exposed surface of the shutter) Door Frame: Formed out of 150 mm x 75 mm hard wood ( with density of 650 kg /metre cube ) section with PromasealIntumescent strip (Imported) to take care of Hot and cold smoke of size 10mm X 4mm concealed in the groove of the for fire and smoke sealing mounted in the grooves of the frame.

Shutter:Providing of 55 mm thick smoke check shutter of 120min fire rating tested to BS 476 part 20 & 22, IS3614 part -II & ISO 834 comprising of 2x9mm Promina ® boards, treated hard wood internal timber frame work of 100x30mm with infill 96kg/cum, total 30mm thick ceramic fiber reinforced FR silicate coating on both sides and faced 3mm thick water proof commercial ply / teak ply with 1 run of fire and hot smoke seal strips of size 10 mm x 4mm mounted the grooves in the shutter on all edges except bottom and externally lipped with teakwood / hardwood beading. Promaseal Coruscant Trading LLP Intumescent sealant is used to seal the gaps between Promina Board and shutter beading.
